Project Administrator
Current- Timeous and accurate registration of all project information (including financial) on the Project Management Information System.
- Attending CAPEX meetings with Director, Assistant director. Project leaders and project managers to discuss the status of project within the department.
- Collection of project certificates for Bizprojects database.
- Establish and maintain project documentation library, this includes providing document management support, the identification, change control and administration on all project-related documents.
- Perform quality reviews and ensure integrity of data.
- Keep the Project Information Administrator and Programme Management Administrator fully up to date with all developments, and track and report on overall project progress.
