I manage and direct my branch portfolio book of business totaling an aggregate balance of $29.7 million and manage the branch operations to ensure all company services are made available to clients and are processed accurately and efficiently. I ensure the bank is equipped with all required supplies and promotional support to optimally sell bank products. I delegate various operational duties to the staff and assume overall administrative responsibility for bank operations. I also Manage expenses and staffing levels within approved guidelines. I make decisions to enhance bank performance and profitability including building various lines of business income for the bank. I uphold the bank’s philosophy and all policies by maintaining appropriate controls to assure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsible for the understanding, knowledge and management of all required training and compliance issues (i.e. BSA, HMDA).I operate in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws. I must submit required information to meet registry requirements, obtain a unique identifier, and maintain the registration requirements as directed by the S.A.F.E Act.I also help clients manage their assets, including mortgages, installment loans, savings, checking and money market accounts, and certificates of deposit (CDs) and FINRA investment portfolio accounts. I examine a client's assets, suggest additional banking services, and offer solutions when consulted about financial needs. I strive to establish and maintain strong relationships with my clients, and proactively contact clients with recommendations and visit their businesses. By doing this I offer a very high level of personalized customer service to our clients ever changing financial needs.
