BRIEF COMPANY HISTORY: Poetically Adorned Apparel was founded in November 2013 as a clothing company with a mission to provide quality contemporary garments that inspires and impacts the consumer and their surrounding communities. It began when Brandon Allen, owner and CEO, had a vision to provide clothes and resources for the underprivileged of San Bernardino county, home to the nation’s fastest growing homeless population. With the birth of a clothing line like Poetically Adorned Apparel, Allen’s goal was to use the income generated from product sales to raise awareness and generate resources for the economic success of his neighborhood, and ultimately neighborhoods in large cities across the US. Our goal at Poetically Adorned Apparel is to present a proposal to potential partners and donors in an effort to finance the manufacturing of such a socially-conscious company. By 2016, we hope to be the premiere leader in online sales for the contemporary apparel market and nationally recognized for our efforts to clothe our communities.

The role of the Youth Specialist is to provide care, supervision and behavioral interventions that develop coping and problem solving skills, teach social skills and teach transference of those skills into the home, school and community. These interventions are provided to maintain youth in transitional shelter care milieu until placed in an appropriate setting. These interventions are developed within the collaborative planning process and are prescribed by the program.

Direct care and supervision of the severely emotionally disturbed children assigned to the group-home facility in accordance with the mandates of public law, state regulations and Agency operating plans. Maintains records and writes reports and summaries for consumer records or other documentation including care status, care reviews, case management plans, summaries, and reports; prepares correspondence and special reports as necessary; attends in-service workshops and training. Provided individual skills development services, family skill development services for severely emotionally disturbed children and their families.

Effectively implement and maintain the model fidelity of Strengthening Families San Bernardino including Nurturing Skills Parenting Program Classes and Parents Anonymous® Adult & Children and Youth Groups to ensure the evidence-based outcomes for families and communities. Discuss goals and objectives of proposed treatment plans and establishes contract with consumer; assists consumer in recognizing and solving conditions in the consumer's environment which may contribute to problems; counsels’ individual consumers and groups to develop social adjustment skills and to increase client resolution of identified problems. Refer consumers to appropriate resources

Directed, organized, and lead a variety of recreation activities both indoors and outdoors. Input data, facilitate supervision within the student support center with discipline cases. Performed conflict mediations, and operating curriculum based small groups with counselor support. Participated on the Positive Behavioral Intervention Systems (PBIS) team coordinating efforts using data to engage Teir 1 and Teir 2 students.

Collaborated with community organizations to build relationships and resources; provided food services, clothing services, and hygiene items for children and families. Documented data and monitored consumer services to insure that a continuum of services were available. Developed programming to better serve the community at-large. Referred consumers to appropriate community resources.

Primary Responsibilities: provides school‐based prevention and early intervention services to students seeking support or needing interventions for academics, behavior, and attendance and address student emotional and behavioral needs. Provide classes using juvenile justice approved curriculum for youth and offense specific, behavior changing curricula,. Services Include: group and individual counseling, substance abuse/misuse services, anger management classes, Drug & Alcohol, Petty Theft/Shoplifting, and Truancy. Curriculum based psychosocial education, bullying classroom presentations of evidence-based interventions.

After School Staff) Primary Responsibilities: Provide a safe environment for all students ages 12-15, while offering enrichment education and support studies during the after school program. While also assisting in development and construction of the program itself while ensuring all parental and student satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities: Ensure a comfortable, fun, and safe environment for athletic play and competitive gaming between members of the community. Also ensuring satisfied parents and kids ages 10-18 and providing them all met needs. While enforcing rules and regulations.

Primary Responsibilities: (Child Care Worker) Provide service to the youth's needs from feeding to medicating to just establishing a structured culture for their individual growth. Provide counseling while handling allowance and petty cash. Mentoring youth ages 12-18 and monitoring their interactions.
