• Management, supervision, and training of apprentices in the workplace. • Allocating tasks/duties to tradesmen and apprentices to ensure the job is completed effectively and efficiently. • Time management skills to efficiently and effectively meet deadlines and budgets.• Competently organise the required materials necessary. • Liaise with Site Foreman’s, Builders, and other trades to work accordingly around and alongside each other to ensure all Work Health and Safety Act, Regulations and codes of Practice are complied with on the worksite.

• Competently implement traffic management plans/ traffic guidance schemes signage and devices to ensure the safety of workers and public. • Directing and redirecting traffic, through, past and around worksites in a safe manner.• Implement signage and devices for traffic control on short term and long term lane closures, lateral shifts and contra flow on low volume and high volume roadways at both day and night circumstances. • Eliminating/ minimising hazards through risk management processes. • Managing the necessary fatigue breaks for the work group.• Effectively communicating and liaising with PCBU to ensure a safe and efficient work site. • Efficient time management skills to ensure the site is setup and compliant.
