I have worked in retail for 16 years, 8 years of that in Retail Management. I have been responsible for directing staff, managing product flow, and ensuring accurate money handling within the store. I've monitored P/L statements, schedules, and ordering of product and supplies. Worked with H.R. to provide ethical and legal resolutions to issues that presented themselves involving staff. Always have ensured an orderly backroom while monitoring available product levels to our processors. Also provided excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment and merchandised the sales floor while maintaining the level of excellence expected.
