- Develop and improve Regional Purchasing (Indirect- Capex) Organization and Competence- Participate with stakeholders to define and review Investment Milestones, Spend evolution and Forecast- Lead to define and maintain the Regional Supplier Panel/ Strategy and continuously driving for better cost competitiveness- Deep dive market intelligence - Focus on cost saving opportunities from Best Cost Countries (BCC) sourcing- Initiate and push to implement best practices, such as lean processes, standardization, localization and global sourcing initiatives. - Promote regional suppliers for globally-driven platform projects- Lead the approvals of RFQ bidlists for sourcing above defined Threshold- Approve negotiation of Region sourcing- Participate to sourcing committee for RS approval of Region Sourcing according to defined APV threshold- Responsible to manage the activities for new Global Supplier evaluation and qualification (QS certification, SRE, Supplier Development Capability Assessment, NDA signature, General Terms and Conditions signature)- Co-operate in evaluation and qualification of new Supplier- Participate to offer analysis for critical investments- Negotiation for global sourcing- Participate to Sourcing Committee for RS approval of global sourcing according to defined APV threshold- Process compliance check and review- Regularly data analysis, reporting and presentation
