As a highways operative at Hilton Main Construction, I work on reinstating bollards on the Birmingham highways network, as part of a subcontract with Kier Highways. I have been in this role for over two years, and I enjoy the challenge and variety of working on different sites and projects.I have developed strong skills and competencies in traffic management, manual handling, and attention to detail, which are essential for ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in my work.
