Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Current- Conduct weekly new-hire orientation and prepare all onboarding documentation to ensure a smooth integration process for new hires- Coordinate onsite and virtual interviews, handling scheduling, logistics, and communication to provide a smooth candidate experience- Attend local career fairs to share the vision of Crinetics, networking with prospective candidates to attract new top talent - Serve as a liaison between the recruiting team, business functions, and ELT to offer essential administrative assistance- Assist with interview preparation and post-interview activities, collaborating with stakeholders to improve the quality and efficiency of the interview process
