Entering payment schedules and insurance coverage into our company database, ensuring security and confidentiality. -Coordinate vendor contracts and ensure payments on a timely basis.-Act as the point of contact and liaison for vendors for the business and maintain contact with them.-Monitor incoming emails and phone calls from vendors and internal staff with the goal of first-time resolution or routing/escalating to the appropriate person for resolution.-Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
