The Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation of new business as well as new process enhancements. This position reports to the VP, Service Delivery and works closely with the Customer Success Managers and will engage directly with clients to ensure a successful partnership and seamless integration. The Implementation Specialist ensures clients have a positive experience in the transition from sales to service and during the entire implementation phase. Scope of responsibility includes initiating meetings, conducting needs assessments, defining objectives, collecting data and information through discovery, designing any required customization and ensuring the implementation is successfully completed within the scheduled time frame.

The Recruiting Portfolio Specialist is responsible for assisting the Customer Success Manager (CSM) in the ongoing execution of all existing accounts within the CSM’s portfolio. This position reports to the VP of Service Delivery and will engage directly with clients to ensure a successful partnership and ongoing seamless execution. The Recruiting Portfolio Specialist ensures clients continue to have a positive experience in the transition from the implementation phase to steady state. Scope of responsibility includes: - Supporting Xelerate employees and project specific objectives leveraging Xelerate best practices. - Provide recruiter coverage for leaves, vacations and other time off. - Provide recruiter support during ramp up on client(s) - Support client teams that are struggling to fill a position(s) but proving whether or not the position can be successfully filled. - Offer recruiting expertise
