I am currently a sophomore at San Diego State University, pursuing a degree in Business Administration with an interest in commercial real estate. Through my academic journey, I am developing a strong foundation in business principles, finance, and real estate markets, all of which fuel my passion for the commercial real estate industry.My professional experience includes working as a lifeguard and fitness club host at the Newport Beach Country Club, where I developed my communication, customer service, and leadership skills while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of club members. I learned the importance of attention to detail and maintaining a strong sense of responsibility in high-stakes environments.This past summer, I expanded my skill set by working as a construction apprentice, gaining hands-on experience in project management, site coordination, and the physical aspects of building structures. This role deepened my understanding of the construction process, which I believe is crucial in the commercial real estate industry, where development and design are closely tied to property investment.I am proactive, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic, always striving to exceed expectations and contribute meaningfully to any team I join.
