As the Assistant Director of the PMO I was responsible for managing AGU’s enterprise project portfolio and working with the Director of Project management to ensure the execution of AGU’s strategic vision. During my time as Assistant Director I led a project to renovate the first commercial net-zero energy building in Washington DC, led a multimillion-dollar innovation R&D effort and worked with AGU membership to create resources to facilitate “science for good.”

I was responsible for creating complex simulations that were a mechanism for building the U.S STEM (Science, Education, Engineering and Mathematics) Pipeline. I worked closely with U.S Government agencies such as NASA and NOAA and the private organizations such as Lockheed Martin and Boeing. Major successes included creating a new digital simulation platform and implementing a new simulation program with a reach of 400,00 recipients.
