As a Cost Analyst, I support the surface vehicle portfolio through the development of life-cycle cost estimates and analyses to provide decision makers the insights necessary to defend budgets and select the best course of action. Additionally, I function as the onsite representative for our Data Analytics and Technical Solutions Practice Area supporting the development of databases and tools, and providing training used by government analysts for more effective results.

Defense Cost and Research Center Validation and Program Analyst for over 60+ Major Defense Acquisition Programs and all Major Automate Information System Programs with the following responsibilities:- Facilitate product oriented Cost and Software Data reporting from over 30 government contractors, both U.S based and international that enable government analyst to complete independent costs estimates using comprehensive standardized data source- Verifying thousands of defense acquisition data documents for sound application of cost accounting principles and best practices, and identifying anomalies to ensure validity, accuracy, and completeness- Constructing CSDR Plans that detail the level of reporting based on the Work-Breakdown Structure, type of costs reporting, and frequency of reporting. - Understanding the functional capabilities, activities and parts of MDAP and MAIS programs from a technical and cost perspective. - Coordinating with the Integrated Product Team to ensure all stakeholders are being consulted when changes occur with regards to CSDR reporting- Communicating with Defense Acquisition Program Office, Service Costs Centers, and OSD CAPE analyst on Contractor and Program reporting performance- Developed the DCARC POC and Action Item tool to replace the previous database with one that has a user-friendly interface- Training industry of costs and software data reporting best practices through presenting the validation process and working one on one with contractors on specific CSDR issues.- Providing Outreach support to the acquisition community to communicate the importance and benefits of CSDRs- Developing functional requirements for the Cost Assessment Data Enterprise that enables government analyst to more effectively and efficiently analyze the costs of acquisition programs.

Agency Operations Responsibilities:As a Junior Associate for the Agency Operations department, I am responsible for working with Managers across all departments to assign and task the best resources for each project. I am responsible for completing generic resource analysis, which tracks projects are still in need of resources. In order to accurately profitably on each project, I am responsible for completing a revenue and cost analysis, through tracking hours that are billable and non-billable to the client, as well as charged to Rosetta. My other responsibilities include completing weekly reports that consist of financial and operational modeling and improving Agency Operation reporting efficiency through completing automated reports using vba and sql.Business Analyst Team Lead Responsibilities:At Rosetta, the Junior Associates work with the non-profit organization, Centers for Family and Children (CFC), to complete a consulting-centric engagement that will create value for CFC. Within this engagement there were three projects that were being completed. I am apart of the Ease@Work Project Team, which we was responsible for redesigning a site for the Ease@Work team, an employee assistance program for profit branch at CFC. On this project I was the lead for the business analyst team, which I was responsible for working directly with the Ease@Work team to meet every requirement and constraint. I was then responsible for translating those requirements and constraints to the entire team and distributing the task and overseeing these task until completion. These task consisted of building, updating, annotating and revising wire-frames in order to complete an FD, a document that developers follow in order to create the new website. Once the FD is completed we were then tasked with assisting the developers and quality assurance team.
