Throughout my life, I have found myself in leadership positions whether I wanted to accept the role or not. This is something that has resonated with me my whole life and I decided I wanted to do something with this skill.Originally, I first pursued Bio-Chemistry as a major with the end goal of becoming a pediatrician. After a year into this major, I realized that this occupation was not for me. With this information I still had a drive to lead, to want to make an impact with the people I work with. I decided major in Business management, because with this I could still take my dream of helping people and the healthcare industry with me. In my professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, I currently hold the position as the Social Chair. This position has taught me a lot of responsibility in time management by balancing school and the fraternity, arranging events for the 70+ members that currently occupy the fraternity, and a great sense of teamwork and collaboration from the other members.In the future after college, I want to pursue my dream of helping people with the career hospital management or hospital administration.
