I've spent over 7 years in the food service industry, and during that time I've developed skills in every area of the industry. From kitchen to front of house, bar, AV, maintenance, marketing and management, in forms of both restaurants and event catering. I've designed menus, coded POS systems, organized inventories and tracked them meticulously, created cocktail recipes, seasonal specials, marketed events, supervised events and restaurants, fostered positive work environments and trained service staff on both basics of service and specializations such as wine, sake, craft cocktails, coffee/espresso, tea, and more.I have specializations in craft cocktails, coffee, and Japanese culture/cuisine, but most importantly, I pride myself on being a jack-of-all-trades. I am always eager to learn more skills, and even more eager to teach and train those who share the same motivation to do well in life and put their best foot forward.
