Registered Architect in 5 states with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. I regularly perform two roles, as a Project Architect and Project Manager for projects across the United States. In my current position I travel throughout the country and perform tasks that include creating proposals (RFP), client meetings, managing and collaborating with the design team and consultants, 3d building design, construction drawings, cost estimating, construction administration (CA), and building inspections on old and new construction.My most recent work includes projects in correctional facilities, industrial railroad, small retail, federal, higher education and K-12.Other work includes multi-family / mixed-use housing, high-end custom residential, religious, restaurants, local government, and airports.I mostly use Revit and AutoCAD as my main design software. I’m also skilled in SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
