Hello, my name is Brandon Cahill. I have over five years of experience as a graphic designer working for several different companies such as the University of Colorado Denver, as a freelance graphic designer, as a print designer for Waid Publishing, and as a graphic designer for Pro Impressions Marketing Group. I have had the privilege of working on a wide variety of projects from web, to social media campaigns, to print design, brand identity and logo design, and even virtual reality projects.I graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in digital design in May of 2017. I took classes in motion, web, branding, user experience and other interdisciplinary studies. My senior thesis project was a virtual reality video game that focused to expand the VR experience by allowing people to connect to and play with the virtual reality world through their phones. Another student and I were able to complete the game in 3 months, and show it at several events around the campus of CU Denver. My current job is working as a graphic designer for Pro Impressions Marketing Group. A company that specializes in the marketing and branding for Dentists across the United States. I am in charge of creating all print material and print collateral, brand identity, website mockup and implementation, motion graphics and video editing, and social media design for over 40 different dental practices around the United States.Before working at Pro Impressions Marketing Group I was a print designer at Waid Publishing, a monthly magazine company located in Parker Colorado. I helped create monthly magazines that were sent to over 90,000 people around Parker, Lone Tree, Aurora, and Castle Rock. These magazines contain articles about what is currently happening in these cities, and advertisements for local businesses. I was responsible for creating the advertisements, contacting all of the advertisers, web design and maintenance, social media design and magazine layout.
