• Operate the CICD platform used by our microservices and mobile teams in order to ship auditable and compliant code, run workloads on 1000+ pipelines, and release the mobile apps for LightStream, the consumer-lending division of Truist and the highest-rated personal loan provider in the US.• Provide release oversight and on-call production support for infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts and 200+ lambda and docker applications, including rerunning failed ACH transfers, debugging API Gateway and K8s pod logs, and tracking down Cloudfront HTTP errors.• Wrote the AWS infrastructure terraform powering a bidirectional lead-generation partnership with State Farm that generates 1000+ LightStream loan applications per month.• Deployed VPCs, API Gateways, Lambdas, SQS queues, and Cloudwatch event buses into a shared services AWS account, connecting on-prem services and other workload AWS accounts to third parties while maintaining security and compliance.• Resolved build and deploy workflow issues for many different project types, such as Maven, Android, iOS, Go, Python, Docker, and Terraform, gaining a wide breadth of experience debugging problems in unfamiliar environments.• Orchestrated a zero-downtime cutover of all CICD processes for the LightStream iOS app from an on-prem Mac Mini to an AWS Mac EC2 instance, giving our iOS team a more reliable and integrated build foundation.• Proactively built a proof-of-concept using Backstage that integrated with Gitlab Enterprise OIDC and CyberArk SSO for employee authentication, as well as Github Enterprise for automatically discovering catalog entities within repos, laying the foundation for a best-practice internal developer platform strategy.

• Led the Terraform and infrastructure deployment effort for an on-prem application migration team as part of an org-wide effort to move 7000+ apps into Azure.• Developed internal-facing REST APIs and web apps in order to support data-aggregation and employee engagement projects, using languages and frameworks like NodeJS, Express, Typescript, React, and Angular.• Wrote front-end user flows in Angular for Cricket's point-of-sale system rebuild, used by in-store employees all over the country to assist in customer account setup.
