The Justice Solutions Training & Support Specialist is employed by the CountyCommissioners Association of Pennsylvania (CCAP) to provide customer service, support andtraining to the Unified Case Management Program. Justice Solutions Training & Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting end users of the UCM Platform who submit helpdesk tickets oftechnical problems as they are escalated through the application and train end users on theUCM Platform. This person will be expected to provide phone, live chat and remote support totroubleshoot, use CRM and TFS ticketing systems to open/close tickets, work closely with theimplementation team and escalate problems appropriately. The Justice Solutions Training & SupportSpecialist performs most work with moderate supervision, and reports to the UCM ProgramManager for overall work scheduling and supervision. Guidance on projects and priorities willalso be coordinated with the UCM Director.
