- Identified and mitigated cybersecurity vulnerabilities in Naval systems, developing and implementing policies in specification documents to prevent denial, disruption, or degradation.- Built and configured servers to replace legacy satellite communication systems, including setting up networking for communication with switches, timing equipment, and various radios. Traveled to site locations to replace existing hardware with newly built system. Provided real-time troubleshooting and administrative support for site locations to resolve network issues.- Applied monthly cybersecurity patches to satellite systems, conducted regular cybersecurity scans, and updated various cybersecurity products, ensuring compliance with governance standards.

- Lead payload engineer, built payload and entered global mission requirements into weapon system- Gathered global SATCOM requirements to update each payload for numerous US satellites, used by various communities- Presented and explained satellite capabilities to strategic and tactical users

- Lead engineer on multi-beam antenna survey with emphasis on current/emerging technologies and common data link waveforms under the common data link executive agent- Constructed a template requesting essential antenna performance parameters from numerous phased array antenna subject matter experts to understand their antenna technology and capabilities.- Organized vendor antenna performance parameters, waveforms, interface documents and networking topology to support future common data link specification amendments- Present future multi-beam antenna capabilities and network interoperability to the common data link executive agent.

- Supported flight test providing technical inputs on various test methods and different integration risks- Built Python programs to analyze flight data, and assess mission data points- Developed C4ISR network diagrams for pilots, sensor operators and engineers situational awareness.

I tested multiple different radios that were designed by engineers at FreeWave. I learned how to effectively use different equipment from an oscilloscope to a network analyzer. I became familiar with computer networking and how to apply RF concepts to test link connections between radios. Lastly I created a few programs that automated some of the radio tests.

At Arrow I was on a team with 16 other engineering interns. As a team we created a robotic arm to assist a paraplegic with everyday tasks. I also worked closely with other interns in different disciplines such as finance, sales, supply chain, and marketing. The corporate experience I received also taught me how to make relationships with customers outside the workplace.

During my time at Olive Garden, I learned to multitask and think quickly on my feet. I also strengthened my communication skills along with understanding the important roles of everyone in a business.
