In these meetings, I scrutinise and hold the staff to account, alongside my other fellow LAC members, over the decisions they have taken, in the best interests of the pupils. In preparation for these meetings, I meticulously read reports, data, statistics and information around the Academy, all transparently provided by them, to fulfil my role as a School Governor and get the best out of the staff I work with.In my Governorship, I specialise in overseeing the Mathematics department, frequently keeping in contact and meeting with the Academy's Maths Lead, to address any concerns I have, support them in their leadership role and strive to achieve the maximum well-being and most meritorious results from the pupils.Additionally, I am also the School Governor who oversees and scrutinises Safeguarding procedures. My role is to ensure that students and staff are as safe as possible, inside and outside of school premises. I regularly review Safeguarding procedures and work with the Headteacher and my fellow Governors to ensure that our crucial objective of safety is met. Show less

Up to five days a week, I work evenings as a Delivery Driver for Domino's.In this role, my main responsibilities as an employee are to:- Deliver excellent customer service;- Maintain my vehicle for use while on the job;- Bag delivery orders;- Check my orders for accuracy;- Fold pizza boxes;- Support the staff with the washing-up;- Label boxes for use with each order
