I was responsible for troubleshooting and aiding the lab in fluorescent microscopy, multi-color flow cytometry, and advanced in vivo techniques.I was responsible for maintaining over 10 colonies of mice. I also performed a vast array of procedures on these mice, including retro-orbital adoptive transfer, kidney capsule transplantation(thymus graft) survival surgery, subcutaneous immunization, intraperitoneal drug administration, blood collection. Post-mortem procedures including blood collection, various organ collection (eye, brain, colon, spleen, thymus, etc) and organ processing.I was responsible for writing manuscripts, including: "Thymic Involution Perturbs Negative Selection Leading to Autoreactive T Cells That Induce Chronic Inflammation."
