Full-time development manager at Trilogy Real Estate, aided in the entitlement, design and construction of more than 2000 new multifamily housing units across Michigan, Minnesota and Florida. Worked closely with the acquisitions department to evaluate new purchasing opportunities. Assisted Principal Architect with CAD Drafting for Schematic Design and Construction Document production. Responsible for and served as an assistant design lead on three projects while at the firm: the Francis Lehman Loeb Art Center, the Bayne Residence, and the Mulligan Residence.

• Assistant to senior construction and project managers. • Assisting teams in the rehabilitation of several projects based in Michigan. • Duties included creating and procuring RFPs, as well as coordination between perspective construction contractors and inputting their estimates into a leveling sheet system I aided in creating. • Assisted construction management and development teams on a 130+ unit ground-up affordable housing project in North Philadelphia during the summer of 2021. Duties included the creation of a highly detailed finish schedule, construction document review, weekly project punch listing alongside project architect and in-house property management team. As well as weekly site walks to confirm project timelines and note any delays for senior project leads.

• Responsible for maintaining and cataloguing nearly 76,000 files. • As well as the creation of title policies, assisting in company banking transaction, personal site inspections and surveys for homes and commercial properties across Dutchess, Ulster, Orange, and Putnam county. • Assisted company managers in the closing of an 18,000 sq. ft. mansion on a 475-acre estate in Millbrook, NY during the summer of 2020.• Responsible for and assisted in recording real estate documents in the Dutchess County Clerk’s Office.

• Assistant to principal architects and interior designers within the firm.• Responsible for an assisted in the production of pre-construction documents and models.• Notable work includes working first hand with principal, Erik Kaeyer, on a RFP response for the Lewisboro Wolf Conservation Center and the firm’s largest project to date, converting an I.M. Pei designed IBM Campus in Somers, NY into a private boarding school. During the pre-development phase, I was responsible for and assisted the firm in the creation of a comprehensive digital model, marketing materials (renders and an 11-minute concept video) and preliminary construction documents for the 1.3 million sq. ft. property.

Ft of space. Responsible for aiding in the production of the construction document set that was ultimately approved by the town of Mount Kisco. Internship ended before construction began.
