The primary staff officer of ground maintenance operations for a brigade of over 6,000 Soldiers with a fleet of 770 vehicles. Responsible for logistical asset synchronization, acquisitions, environmental compliance and readiness reporting.•Selected above peers and seniors in the operations section to serve as the liaison officer for a 30 day joint forces readiness training exercise to execute the logistical synchronization and materials management of 7 battalions.•Managed the brigade’s command maintenance discipline program that maintained an operational readiness rate above 97% that included oversight of a $1 Million budget, material and service acquisitions, readiness reporting to leadership and quarterly inspections of seven maintenance facilities and programs. •Served as the Brigade’s Reset Officer to coordinate and synchronize the efforts of internal and external maintenance assets to reset more than 16,000 pieces of equipment upon redeployment from Afghanistan more than two months ahead of the required deadline.•Revised Brigade Maintenance SOP to streamline pass back maintenance support, calibration programs and ensure compliance with updated Department of the Army Policies and Procedures.•Plan, coordinate and supervise new equipment fielding and training, modification work orders, and retrograde/turn in of excess or obsolete equipment.

Serve as the leader of 22 transportation specialists, to provide them with personnel management, job training and professional development. Responsible for the material management and distribution of all classes of supply for a battalion of more than 500 personnel. Senior Logistical Advisor to foreign military Supply and Maintenance Officers.•Responsible for accountability, monthly inventory and movement of $8.4 Million worth of equipment to and from Afghanistan. Supervised the maintenance and management of 28 vehicles.•Served as Contracting Officer to acquire and manage 14 life support and security contracts for a combat outpost.•Trained foreign military officers in supply chain and material management, contracting and sustainment planning that resulted in a 40% increase in equipment readiness, critical organizational equipment acquisitions, and successful sustainment support of daily operations to 16 outposts and 7 major combat operations in Afghanistan.•Developed Battalion Standard Operating Procedures for distribution, fuel handling and ammunition handling operations.

Supervise up to 58 maintenance personnel in 6 commodity shops and managed maintenance operations in support of over 3000 pieces of equipment.
