The Store Manager (SM) for phone and Wireless manages an assigned retail store. The SM is responsible for running their assigned store, managing the employees and ensuring goals for each store are met. Additionally, the SM will be responsible for assets and inventory, customer service, and ensuring the integrity of all policies and procedures of the company. This position reports to the District Manager.

Responsibilities:Sales: Driving sales productivity and customer satisfaction within target mobile retail locations on various wireless products, accessories and services to customers. Engaging in side by side-by-side selling with retail associates. Growing the Target Mobile's wireless division sales performance and other key metrics through sales, training and marketing promotions. Developing and managing in-store promotions, and coordinating with appropriate personnel. Implementing and managing wireless sales events in retail locations. Positioning Target Mobile's value, including but not limited to: - Creating product and brand awareness for various wireless products - Communicating competitive knowledge and advantages of various wireless carriers products and services - Communicating Target Mobile benefits compared to competition - Effectively communicating various wireless carriers plans, features, products and services to customers - Creating first-rate customer experiences - Supporting select retail outlets in assigned geographical territory Training and Coaching:- Providing customer product and service, including but not limited to - Providing customer service consultation within retail locations - Ensuring that Target Mobile associates are trusted wireless experts of all wireless carriers products and services - Coaching for content and skill improvement to the retail store management and sales associates - Providing positive reinforcement and adult learning techniques to promote learning and skill improvement - Providing general coaching to sales associates to sell/demonstrate wireless products and services to potential customers - maintaining sound knowledge of multiple carriers wireless products and services - Attending requested training sessions and conference calls

As a CAREGiver, you provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes.Companionship services are those that stimulate, encourage and assist an individual.The primary responsibilities of Companionship services include the following: -Providing companionship and conversation -Providing stabilization and assistance with walking -Preparing meals and cleaning up meal-related items -Providing medication reminders and appointment reminders Home Helper services generally involve light housekeeping, errands or incidental transportation.The primary responsibilities of Home Helper services include the following: -Performing light housekeeping tasks (dusting, vacuuming, making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, etc.) -Washing and ironing laundry -Running errands -Accompanying clients to appointments -Personal Care services are personal in nature and often include assistance with activities of daily living.The primary responsibilities of Personal Care services include the following: -Assisting with bathing -Assisting with grooming -Assisting with toileting and incontinence issuesSecondary ResponsibilitiesSecondary responsibilities include the following: -Contributing to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life -Performing other reasonable duties as assigned -Reporting hours according to office policy -Reporting any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions -Regularly communicating with supervisor and office staffEssential QualificationsAn individual must possess the minimum education, experience and skills to perform the primary and secondary responsibilities the job requires.Additional qualifications include: -Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds -Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach -Ability to take vitals and injections - treat clients with respect

1. Assist with the execution of company business plans/objectives to drive sales, beprofitable and provide a superior customer and associate experience.2. Assist in performing all necessary job duties and demonstrate RAPTAR behaviors (Recognition, Appreciation, Praise, Treat Associates Respectfully).3. Stock store shelves and end-caps with merchandise when it is delivered to the store; control inventory by performing proper receiving and stocking including accurate cycle counting, processing, merchandise transfers according to procedures, and reporting inventory problems to the Store Manager.4. Implement weekly price changes, ad sale pricing, and temporary price reductions to ensure pricing accuracy; verify discounted and clearance items are priced correctly and the associated signage is correct.5. Post and remove all signs associated with promotional programs; verify appropriate signage is displayed throughout the store.6. Assist with the implementation of Plan-o-gram updates, verify the integrity of store Planograms to include accurate pricing.7. Oversee that store inventory is regularly inspected in accordance with the Product Freshness Awareness schedule.8. Maintain a neat and orderly back room.9. Ensure that proper identification is produced when selling alcohol, tobacco, and lottery tickets, if applicable.10. Assist with the operation of One-hour Photo department, if applicable.11. Build displays of merchandise and complete new Plan-o-grams sent from the corporate office.12. Complete inventory counts and order merchandise based on the results.13. Put up signs that identify items on sale in weekly advertisements and take down this signage when the sale is over.14. Assist with price markdowns and changes for merchandise on the shelves.• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their shopping needs, answering customer inquiries, and resolving customer complaints.
