Experienced in EdTech for six years, two years in secondary/academia teaching, and client-facing roles for five years. I was very fortunate to work within EdTech at a very young age, growing up around the right individuals who took me under their wing and allowed me to shadow and mentored me throughout high school and upwards to graduating from university. I started by repairing computer hardware in my community. The next day, I was a pioneer in helping e-learning and LMS seek a path into our community.I stayed within education leading into university. During the tough times of the pandemic, I helped design turnkey LMS consulting and enablement services for higher education instructors across different universities. All these experiences were built on the wanting to give back to the community that got me here today, and I'm glad I sought a path with education to help me do so.While working in B2B telecom sales, I worked with amazing clients from large medical non-profits to hospitality businesses across the country, providing wireline connectivity and a multitude of technical solutions. This strengthened my client-facing skills and domain knowledge base of business operations and development.Currently I'm a trusted advisor within Customer Success at Workiva; supporting enterprise public companies and SLEd organizations in enabling and strategizing the best use cases together for their risk and compliance workflows for internal audit and or risk teams.Outside work, I enjoy traveling, basketball, collecting watches, and being a video game enthusiast!
