Serve as first level support for customer relations of GI Motility, Melanoma,Head & Neck Surgery, and Psychology departments.• Assist clinical staff with patient inquiries regarding medical procedures andrequirements; maintain doctor’s schedules and patient appointments.• Identify, analyze, and research issues, and seeks resolution by prioritizingincoming requests and re-assigns appropriately to nursing staff.
