About Brandon Deller

I am currently completing the IT Support Specialist certificate developed by Google. This program is designed to introduce and develop the proper technique and etiquette needed to be an IT Support Professional.I’ve spent a lot of time learning about tech hardware that led to me building three separate PC units. I’ve also frequently served as an unofficial “computer guy” when the company I worked for didn’t have a dedicated support staff. In these roles I maintained a small network of computers, primarily from a user standpoint, though as I gained more experience in the field, the tasks I could complete became larger.My immediate goals are to complete my IT Support Specialist certification and strengthen my understanding of computers and networks so I can best support my teams.
