I've worked in the retail customer service workforce for the past four and half years, and with those four and half years of customer service I've picked up multiple skill that I think will help me succeed in the IT field; for example with my time with working at Costco I've become a good problem solver and have a good scene of time management. With my time at both jobs I've learned multiple skills that also help me with talking to customers and co-workers. The reason for wanting to get into the IT field is because I felt I was ready to stop working just jobs and start going for a career that is rewarding and challenging, and plus I've always have had a interest on how computers work behind the scenes.
