As a Mentor in the JSM Masterclass, I guide Junior developers through a comprehensive full-stack program. My role involves leading teams and guiding developers through the production of several full-stack applications. I have mentored and lead over 30 individuals across multiple teams.My responsibilities include:- Conducting weekly team meetings- Holding daily individual mentoring sessions- Organizing informational webinars and workshops- Reviewing and correcting pull requests across teams- Teaching best practices and efficient problem-solving techniques

Worked as Printer Operator and Maintenance alongside responsibilities managing and upgrading the NAS File Server. Upgraded the server to allow for cloud backups every night resulting in elimination of a single point of failure. Maintained critical operation of server including replacement of disabled HDDs and backups.
