My corporate job exposed me to hundreds of business owners a month and conversations became personal quickly. After a few years of having very similar conversations about the struggles that many small-medium sized businesses were having I decided to jump ship and begin dedicating all my time into what I loved: Organic Social Media. I spend the first-year (and every year after that) learning what makes each platform (think Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, & LinkedIn) organically promote content to those that have either very little to no connection with the content creator. And to no one’s surprise, I found no 100% accurate answer. But what I did find was that it is a large game where the rules are changing almost daily and I LOVE playing it.
