-Manage a staff of 8 full time high performance tennis coaches.-Responsible for budgeting, sales, and client retention for our massive after-school and full time tennis programs.-Built a large After-School tennis program with green ball and yellow ball players of all levels. -Build relationships with coaches locally, nationally, and internationally -Responsible for client services and customer retention for our many on and off court tennis programs

Responsible for leading the 6th district as both the President and a speaker at multiple events for the USPTA Southern California Section from 2010-2015

I involved myself as much as possible in every area of leading, recruiting, and managing the team under the direction of Head Coach Gene Carswell. Some of my responsibilities included: 1. Recruiting NCAA eligible student athletes (mainly Top US players, but also many international players as well). 2. Running high energy, fun, productive practices. 3. One-on-one practices with top level division 1 tennis players. 3 of them became D.1 All-Americans. 4. Managing a limited state budget. 5. Fund raising in the community and through the alumni. 6. Coaching during matches which included high level singles and doubles competitions7. Developing lasting relationships with student athletes on the team through mentoring.

-ATP ranked for 4 straight years in both singles and doubles. Singles career high of 893 in 2004 with a total of 20 ATP points. -Played 3 years in France with a career high ranking (classmonte) of -30. Played for a club in Lille, France in the highest division of D.1B. -Finished 2003 ranked #2 in Southern California in the Men's Open Division in singles.

Helped the Women's team as a volunteer assistant. Traveled with teams, coached top level D.1 athletes, assisted team practices, and mentored student athletes on and off court. Mentoring was a huge part of my position during this time.
