With over 11 years of experience as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, I have a passion for helping people improve their health and well-being through evidence-based and personalized interventions. I have a master's degree in kinesiology and exercise science, and a bachelor's degree in dietetics, which equip me with the knowledge and skills to design and deliver effective nutrition and fitness programs.For two years, I worked as a metabolic health coach and a clinical research associate II at Virta Health, a leading digital health company that offers a novel treatment for type 2 diabetes and other chronic conditions. I applied my expertise in the ketogenic diet and metabolic health to coach, educate, and support hundreds of patients in reversing their diabetes and achieving their health goals. I also managed ongoing clinical research operations at many different sites around the country, working with contract research organizations, sponsors, investigators, and sites to ensure the compliance, integrity, and GCP of the studies, with a focus on diabetic and advanced stage cancer populations.
