Perform all day studies including; PSG, Split studies, CPAP/ BiPAP titrations, MSLT and MWT, as well as score any un-scored studies. Download PAP compliance reports and make any appropriate changes. Mask fitting with patients.Responsible for timely verification of medical insurance benefits.Confirm proper orders and equipment set up for night studies. Work closely with staff and physicians to ensure a smooth workflow. Set up and download actigraph watches. Assist in monitoring and ordering supplies as needed. Responsible for training and mentoring all new and established sleep technologists .

Support children in both the continuing care and transitional units. Respiratory services include evaluation, treatment, and consultation in areas including: nebulizer treatments, CPT, sterile suction and tracheotomy care, ventilator management and weaning, and parent training. Consult with physicians regarding patient condition and appropriate treatment plan.

Provide clinical respiratory care services for patients including nebulizer treatments, CPT, sterile suction and tracheotomy care, collection of ABG’s and analysis, ventilator checks, and changes as needed. Deliver and assess response to ordered therapy per plan of care. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition and consult with physicians regarding appropriate treatment plan.
