I led a team of 14 associates who processed shareholder requests for IRA accounts, taxable accounts, and other investment accounts. I coached the associates to process the requests at an efficient pace while maintaining a high level of accuracy. I held career development discussions with each associate in order to help them reach their career goals.I assisted in recruiting for the department and the site itself. I was a member of the interview team for potential candidates for the call center. I visited college campuses to help recruit candidates for the company.In addition to the recruiting efforts I was a mentor for multiple associates and leaders at the company.

I led a team of 16 associates and assisted with their investment related questions. I coached associates to maintain compliance as they conducted guidance conversations for participants about their investments. I administered study plans for multiple associates to help them be successful as they studied for their financial licenses.

I fielded incoming phone calls from customers who held a 401(k). I assisted them in processing transactions on their accounts using a consultative approach to ensure they were making the best possible choices for their individual situations.
