• Correspond with customers upon receiving a quotation request, then create and provide a quote• Review and update annual pricing (APR), negotiate with the customer to set the new pricing for the new calendar year (4/1/24-3/31/25), and have customer renew their current contract agreement• Manage contract renewal process from start to finish, ultimately receiving a customer PO• Process signed contracts and received PO’s for shipping and mass production preparation• Attend supplier conferences, both virtually and in-person, and report data to management• Provide weekly and monthly forecasts to team manager and upper management team

• Developed current on-boarding structure for new hires that led to reduction of training period by three weeks. Trained new hires and served as a Peer-Mentor for other inside sales representatives• Led problem solving process (PSP) activity regarding warranty conversion rate, which led to creation of a new standard work process.
