As a sales manager for GNC I have learned how to analyze Key Performance Indicators and implement strategy’s to improve them. I have worked with GNC for close to 5 years and during that time I have studied the Supplement Industry and acquired insight into different marketing strategies, products, and the ins-n-outs of the retail industry.My role as a sales manager involves motivating and coaching my sales staff in order to ensure customer satisfaction and generate sales. Other duties include keeping tract of inventory through shrink counts, reordering supplies, and staying up to date on different industry trends. I have been recognized with several awards during my career. I would describe my self as analytical, conscientious, and goal oriented with a calm demeanor. I have great verbal and written communication and enjoy problem solving. I’m fine with working alone, but I would say that I work best in a team setting. Lastly I would like to say that even though I do not have a college degree, self education is one of my key values, and something I continually strive for.
