My team and I are responsible for all land management projects on a 720 acre private, native restoration reserve including 50+ acres of man-made lakes. I oversee multiple restoration projects and over 30 employees associated with such projects. I currently develop cost effective, environmentally sound and sustainable solutions for land and resource management. I work with multiple government agencies and consultants on a regular basis to accomplish complex ecosystem development and management strategies ranging from lake design and construction to invasive species eradication and native prairie restoration.

Provided front-line daily fish culture and husbandry care for aquaculture systems and associated facilities. Complete routine care, cleaning of fish culture systems, minor fabrication and modification of experimental systems. Observe, collect, and organize monitoring and research data. With direction, analyze and interpret research data and find resource information from vendors and other external sources. Assist other staff in providing 24 hour rotational response coverage to system alarms and emergencies.Hands-on training on water reuse processes, standard operating practices, and emergency response procedures for fish production within water recirculating aquaculture systems. Has used Standard Operating Procedures based on Good Management Practices for all aquaculture operations. Experience includes hands-on maintenance and care of production systems, equipment and livestock collection and tabulation of fish growth, feeding, egg rearing, fish husbandry, fish health observations, mortality, water quality data, maintaining facility safety, preventative maintenance, harvesting, orderliness and cleanliness, biosecurity, mortality.
