1. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes internally. 2. Assist in creating and reviewing internal specifications/work instructions for products or processes.3. Review non-conforming material to determine if products meet customer specifications. 4. Make decisions on the disposition of parts by reviewing to customer specifications. 5. Responsible for handling customer quality issues including the disposition of non-conforming material at a customer facility. 6. Manage incoming audit personnel and ensure employees understand the procedures associated with the position. 7. Assist in maintaining and developing the company quality management system and quality manual. 8. Participate in the internal product launch program.

1. Conduct daily, weekly and other periodic audits for compliance to EHS regulations and company policy2. Record and report audit results and investigations. Present results to management and recommend actions based on audit findings.3. Use email, company meetings, bulletin boards and other methods to promote safe practices.4. Act as a liaison with service providers to ensure effective management of hazardous waste. Coordinate removal of hazardous waste from premises with all departments impacted.5. Facilitate and record, safety and hazardous materials training for all employees.6. Respond to company emergencies, such as employee injuries and environmental emergencies, and conduct investigations.
