I started as a level 1 remote support technician and soon after started doing on site work in the field, traveling the SWFL area to assist our wide array of clients--All with varying needs. Including, but not limited to the physical installation of access points, POS terminals, pin pads, printers, and workstations. Onboarding new users, VPN configuration for remote employee's, patch management, and low voltage cable installs. Scheduled on-site appointments and performed follow ups to ensure client satisfaction. I have a solid foundation of experience and knowledge that I'm consistently looking to improve upon. In the relatively short time that I've been employed here, 3 employees have been let go of which I have absorbed their responsibilities in stride. I'm looking for a company that I can continue to grow my knowledge and career with that will invest in me the same way I invest in them.

I work with the client to find the root of their issue and then offer the best possible solution while also showing the value of our services and proving what a great asset we can be to them. From sales to customer/technical support and physical repairs, I do it all. I have working knowledge of Windows and Mac computers, as well as Apple mobile devices. I also have experience in providing remote support for those clients that can't make it into our physical location.
