Facilitated negotiations between central IT and multiple business and IT offices to onboard common Service Cloud functions, including the university's offices of Financial Aid & Scholarships and Equal Opportunity.- Provided technical expertise for HR/Payroll systems including PeopleSoft HR, Kronos, and custom web applications. Facilitated work between disparate groups including business stakeholders, software developers, network engineers, field service technicians, QA team members, etc.- Designed and implemented a custom two-factor authentication (2FA) application to provide an enhanced employee 2FA-onboarding process, thereby helping to improve the University’s security profile for over 500,000 employee accounts, all VPN logins, and over 200 service accounts.
