I am responsible for working with the Service Desk team in running and maintaining the day-to-day operations associated with a corporate network. This includes monitoring the events of all servers and workstations and addressing day-to-day issues. I am also responsible for the access management of the company including logging, tracking, granting, authorizing, and monitoring the identity status of all employees and maintaining company compliance with all HIPAA Security regulations and internal policies and procedures. I create an annual Risk Analysis report, which is presented to the Compliance and Security Oversight Committee, along with recommendations for implementation and correction of any identified issues. I also examine all user environments and develop and implement proper security profiles to address security concerns.

Handle technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment including hardware and software issues, malware infections, and data recovery. Engage and track user issues, with responsibility for the timely documentation, escalation (if appropriate), resolution and closure of trouble tickets. Manage user profiles in Active Directory and MS Exchange, along with the assignment of privileges to these users. Perform basic networking tasks and workstation & server builds.
