Internship/Research Travel Grant given to investigate issues of the Post Industrial Landscape, and in particular riverfront redevelopment. Travel took place during summer 2010 with visits to 7 US cities. Internship concentrated on schematic design of a golf club

Designed under the guidance of Professor Derek Hoeferlin, I developed a website within a short 3 week time-period. The website provides a record of the work produced in the spring 2009 studio, Gutter to Gulf. It records the collaboration between the University of Toronto and Washington University in St. Louis. It features information on the process of the studio as well as highlighting projects that touch on the major themes of the studios work, making it available to politicians, architects, and the general public.

Worked on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, a $27 Million dollar renovation on an iconic Chicago landmark. Assisted the project team with Submittals, Reviewing Shop Drawings, RFIs, Contracts, PCOs, Slipsheeting, and Field Supervision.

Gained experience working for the corporate office of a national production homebuilder. Experience ranged from blueprint takeoffs and purchasing experience in the office to construction management experience at several home subdivisions in the Chicago area.
