In my current role, I am a subject matter expert within private equity. Alternative Investments are not traded on public exchanges or registered/regulated by the S.E.C. or F.I.N.R.A. These may include but are not limited to: Hedge Funds, Private Placements, Limited Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies and tend to be higher in risk due to illiquidity. I am responsible for processing initial transactions and maintaining information regarding privately held assets. Daily tasks include resolving position discrepancies in client accounts by comparing company records with fund statements and files to ensure accurate account balances are reported monthly. Reviewing securities for any market or operational risk that could pose financial and legal impositions to the firm; ensuring offering documents, financial statements, and banking instructions comply with Schwab's custody policies. Collaborate with our business partners to provide accurate month and quarter-end close reports on asset reconciliation.

During my time with Envoy, I adhered to TSA, CBP, and DPS safety and compliance guidelines, in order to perform work duties across DFW International Airport. On the job, I was responsible for preparing flights for a successful and on-time departure while maintaining a high standard of safety; I ensured cargo on outbound aircraft was aligned with company weight and balance procedures and distribution, ensuring to communicate with ground personnel and flight crew. I assured efficient aircraft turnaround following U.S. CBP guidelines for deplaning and boarding. I assisted in the passenger service experience by providing on-time and efficient arrival and departures within the scope of my control.
