I worked as a tour guide, selling the University of Central Arkansas to transfer students, high school students, and parents and grandparents. I also did follow-ups with all those who attended a tour or visit at the university to see what improvements could be made and what should be added to the tour visits. My role included analyzing, organizing, and collecting information from students and parents from surveys.
