As part of the Customer Experience (CX) organization, I lead customer and internal feedback for one of Cisco's leading SaaS network management platforms. My team is responsible for working across multiple internal functions to qualify and validate all incoming feedback, with the ultimate goal of delivering new features and functionality that drive critical business outcomes for our customers and continue to position our product as one of the leading cloud platforms in the industry. I also lead strategic customer programs for this product. These programs are designed to deliver premium experiences to its participating members and high quality feedback to internal leadership, product, design and engineering teams that drives its future. I manage the overall strategy and operations of these programs, and also the engagements with our largest global customers.

As part of a centralized Strategy & Planning function within GMSI, I lead all global public sector related activity, including the identification, launch and management of new public sector growth initiatives, and the overall alignment and collaboration on the Go-To-Market strategies for these growth initiatives between various internal public sector teams and our sales teams and sales leaders. Additionally, I lead the strategy and planning efforts for the Global Government and Transportation team within the Industries Solutions Group (ISG), with a primary focus on the development and ongoing management of our global Government and Transportation enablement strategy. I also support the strategy and planning efforts for the remaining public sector industries within ISG, including Education, Healthcare and Federal Government and Defense.

Lead the overall relationship and alignment between the Industry Solutions Group (ISG) and all Public Sector teams, including the Public Sector Field teams, Global Specialists teams, Business Unit teams, and the Global Public Sector Segment. Primary responsibility is driving alignment across all key stakeholders to create effective, proactive collaboration that enables the success and goals of each team.Additionally, I lead the strategy and planning efforts for the Global Smart Cities and Transportation team within ISG. Key responsibilities include the development of the Smart Cities and Transportation global strategy, project management, Go-To Market planning, market research, internal change management, internal organizational alignment activity, and general contributions to the growth and success of the Industry Solutions Group.

Cisco's Industry Solutions Group is focused on the enablement and delivery of opportunities and bookings within specific industry verticals (i.e. Manufacturing, Education, Healthcare, etc.). The organization's primary charter is to deliver industry expertise and Line of Business sales strategies to Cisco's front line sales teams, in turn creating new sales opportunities and a higher rate of successfully closed deals.I lead the strategy and planning efforts for Cisco's Global Smart Cities and Transportation team. Key responsibilities include project management, Go-To Market planning, market research, internal change management, internal organizational alignment activity, and general contributions to the growth and success of the Industry Solutions Group.

Led the adoption of Cisco solutions within the company's largest global enterprise customers. With a heavy emphasis on increasing recurring revenue, I focused on accelerating time to value and improving overall customer health, all through a high-touch, consultative approach with the company's most strategic customers.

Founded in 2010, Continuum Advisory Group is a management consulting firm working exclusively with the stakeholders of the homebuilding and construction industry to ensure that strategies are in place to achieve success.I provided strategic and operational consulting services to clients throughout the North American building and construction industries, including process improvement, strategic planning, Partnering/ITP (Integrated Team Performance) and organizational change management services to clients who were focused on growing their enterprise and maximizing their impact on the market.

Instrumental in the launch of the Residential Practice, as well as the development and ongoing success of the group's cost management service and material takeoff systems. The takeoff systems were used by the top 20 production homebuilders in the U.S. to execute their direct purchasing.
