Director of Business Development for the BAE Systems - Intelligence & Security (I&S) Sector - Air & Space Force Solutions (ASFS) Business Area.Immediately following graduation from the University of Georgia, Brandon joined Northrop Grumman (NG) Warner Robins (legacy TRW) following the footsteps of his father Robert (Bob) Head. He started his career as SW Engineer developing aircraft, avionics and display simulations in the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Extendable Integration Support Environment (EISE) lab at the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC). Brandon then supported the C-130 Avionics Modernization Program (AMP) System Integration Facility (SIF) activity where he developed aircraft, avionics, display and electronic warfare (EW) simulations. His next stop was the C-130 AMP Terrain Following (TF) Operational Flight Program (OFP) activity where he helped develop a TF capability for the MC-130H Combat Talon II leveraging the APN-241 Radar. Brandon then led a team that took the Integrated Test & Training Environment (ITE) Virtual SIL (VSIL) Digital Twin idea from concept to reality. He managed all Modeling & Simulation (M&S) Programs at NG Warner Robins from May 2008 through July 2022 (Hardware-In-The-Loop [HITL] SIL & ITE VSIL Digital Twin development programs), including leading establishment of two successful USAF RQ-4B Global Hawk Public-Private Partnerships with WR-ALC Partners and internal NG Partners before pivoting to Business Development (BD), initially as Senior Manager of BD at NG and now currently Director of BD at BAE Systems, Inc.
