Currently I'm finishing my Associates in Horticulture at Piedmont Technical college with a minor in greenhouse production and am looking to move out to Colorado after this semester ends on April 1st to pursue my dream career. I have worked for my schools’ greenhouses for 2 years that I attended the school and was in charge of the spring plant grow and sale as well as in charge of the poinsettia grow and sale in the fall. I worked closely with the teacher and other students to coordinate watering, fertilization, topping, up-sizing the pots, putting ring supports on the pots and once sold we put them in foil and bag if applicable. The school had two greenhouses and both were filled with plants for the sales and at each sale we sold out of all our plants.
