I lead a multi-domain team of Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Modelers. Together we build the industry's most advanced stimulation software: Kinetix, Kinetix Sand, and Kinetix Fracturing.We are building software for a changing industry and will continue to lead the way on accuracy and reservoir insight.

Experienced Commercialization and Quality Assurance Manager with a highly unconventional path through the oilfield landscape. Currently managing multiple software portfolios across Coiled Tubing, Cementing, and Stimulation domains with 19 concurrent projects. As the head of software quality and commercialization for a front-line software team designing and building many of the industry leading software platforms - Kinetix Shale (formerly Mangrove), Therma on Techlog, and CEMENTICS - I continually push the organization to adopt new and improve existing techniques so that each release brings greater confidence to the user without removing familiarity.I lead a team of highly skilled industry experts (over 70 years of experience) and automation engineers, both in country and offshore, to validate and stress any product prior to release. As the head of such an expert team I must be able to seamlessly transition between the Fracturing, Acidizing, and Cementing domains to the software domain, relying on tools such as TestComple, SonarQube, MatLAB, VSTS, MTM to quantify the state of any release.Main duties include meeting with clients and internal stakeholders to define Requirements, Priorities, and risk profiles within the software portfolio; managing a team of 7 persons, including a team based in India, of professional Quality Assurance engineers; defining the Validation and Verification strategy based on my 15 years of multi-Domain experience. Designed, conceptualized, and lead the development of a new fracturing-pressure diagnostic application through four versions to replace an aging architecture. Also responsible for implementing standardized bug triage and prioritization process; reworked and modernized the automated testing framework to take advantage of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, JUnit, and Cucumber.I am also responsible for maintaining our ISO 9001 certification.

Lead Support engineer on the Stimulation InTOUCH team acting as an expert on fluids, stimulation techniques, and design for the entire World-wide Schlumberger operational footprint. As a member of this elite team I authored four internal engineering texts:•Slickwater Fracturing•Proppant Flowback•Refracturing•Pros/Cons of Overflushing in a Horizontal WellAlso acted as the lead investigator in >50 Peer Reviews guiding the field through operational issues, design optimization, and production enhancement.Lastly, participated in World-wide audits of field locations to evaluate standards compliance, quality and operational excellence.
