As a Production Manager, I’d be designing parts and assemblies from 50 year old prints with no models available. I’d be handed a print and told we need 25 to 80 of full Aerospace Assemblies. I’d design everything required to make the part or assembly from start to finish. Designing the required Tooling such as Forming Tools, Mill Fixtures, Vacuum Fixtures, Weld Assembly Jigs, Leading Edge Brake Die, Chem Mill Templates, Check Fixtures and anything else required. I’ve made T5 Tiger’s After Burner Liner Spot Welded Assembly made from Hasteloy, Titanium Forming Tools, Titanium Formed Assemblies, Door Panel Bonded Assemblies, Floor Panel Assemblies among other assemblies and parts. While working at Farrar Aerospace I had 0 scrap for the 8 years I worked there. I was in charge of keeping track of and doing internal AS9100 Audits for a few chapters of our company’s AS9100 handbook. It was a company of 6 to 10 employees and had to wear a lot of hats which enriched my experiences. Later the owner bought the rights to a private jet, The Jetcruzer. I’d be making parts and assemblies and actually getting to watch them install and build the plane. I was going to be in charge of Redesigning the mounting for a new engine on the Jetcruzer. Then Covid lockdown started and had stopped working there during Covid

We worked on Aerospace parts and tooling, Auto parts, Medical equipment, and even prototype partsI was personally trained by Sven Buchelle, who ran 800 people at Northrop and could make anything. For nearly 10 years he showed me how to design and make anything from aerospace, automotive, medical, and commercial parts. While at Indo Fab I've made rim's for cars, honey baked ham blades, aerospace window tooling and so many other things while working for him. After the hands on experience from all the projects I've worked on working for him I'm confident I can make anything that has been made in the past or anything from a concept drawn on a napkin.
